Saco Design is now hiring a web design / CSS template specialist.

We hand-code, think a lot about usability and branding, and care about SEM every step of the way.

Now we need a graphic designer to help round out our team. This is an office job. Some telecommuting ok, but the majority of work will be done in the office. Some print design assignments are possible. The rest of the time, you'll focus on website design- interface design, user interaction, branding, graphic promotions... anything related to design.

Only apply if you are an expert CSS coder. Not sure if this will be a 20, 30 or 40 hour/week job to start. Our goal is for full-time in the near future.

Website Developer

Saco Design is a growing website design and Internet Marketing company based in Rockland, Maine.  We have an immediate opening for a full-time website developer / web designer.

Skills:

• CakePHP / PHP - all web programming will be done in CakePHP
• HTML / CSS - all of our websites are hand-coded in HTML using 100% CSS layouts
• MySQL knowledge and database design concepts
• Good sense for usability and interface design
• Strong Writing / Communication Skills - direct client contact may be required

Job Details:

• This is a full-time, on-site, employee position.  This may become flexible in the future.
• Pay will be hourly and based on experience.  Please specify your wage expectations.
• Minimum 2 years experience doing web development
