Website Redesign for Winterport, Maine!

Utilizing a rotating slider, users are able to see the landmarks of Winterport.

Easy to use menu allows users to find answers to commonly asked questions.

The Town of Winterport is a small town located in Waldo County, Maine. Incorporated March 12, 1860 and once home to sea captains, it has 19th century charm that blends well with 20th century conveniences.  When Winterport looked at updating its website, they hired Saco Design to redesign and develop a site that residents and outsiders could easily navigate and locate information about the town.  Being a local Winterport business, Saco Design wanted to highlight Winterport as being a great place to do business, raise a family, and live.  We were hired to redesign the old, outdated site and bring Winterport into the future.  

Highlights of the redesign are an easy-to-use menu which allows users to easily find answers to commonly asked questions, a slider to highlight some of Winterport’s famous landmarks, and space for residents to learn about upcoming events and town news.
